SANCHEZ HAMPERING UTD DEALS
Manchester United face the prospect of losing a pair of first team stars due to the massive wages currently being paid to Alexis Sanchez.
According to The Mirror, both David De Gea and Anthony Martial could be set to leave for free as United struggle to negotiate new contracts with the pair – whose agents are using Sanchez’s whopping salary as a starting point for a new deal.
Sanchez is believed to pocket £400k-a-week (A$723k-a-week) at Old Trafford. As such, Red Devils stars believe they’re entitled to increased pay packets, with De Gea eyeing a deal worth £300k-a-week(A$542k-a-week on the back of his performances over the past few seasons.
While Martial wants his £70k-a-week (A$126k) salary doubled.
It appears the Sanchez deal continues to make an impact on events at the Theatre of Dreams.
